These beliefs operate in the background of our minds, shaping our reality without us even realising it. The good news? Once you identify and reprogram them, you open the floodgates to manifestation magic! Let’s explore how to uncover and shift these limiting beliefs so you can manifest with more ease and confidence.

Step 1: Identifying Your Limiting Beliefs

The first step to changing a limiting belief is recognising that it exists. Here’s how you can spot them:

  1. Look at Your Manifestation Patterns – Are there certain areas where manifestation feels effortless, yet others where you constantly struggle? The areas where you face blocks often indicate limiting beliefs at play.
